You can get anything you want, at Liri Bloom’s Restaurant
Is the entire reason this page exists for the phrase “crack-a-lackin’ chakras”? No, but that’s a sizable chunk of it.
By the way, if you’re wondering where the outfits (and all the other random junk these people pull out) comes from, there’s a luggage section of the cart under the seats with everyone’s bags. We saw it back on page 87, so consider that plot hole filled, CinnamonSins. These outfits are Liri’s, which are why they don’t fit Saffron. Ah yeah, two-for-two on explaining minor plot questions!
Writing.
“Walk right in it’s around the back, just a half a mile from the railroad track. You can get anything you want, at Liri Bloom’s restaurant”
Excepting Alice. Oops! I mean, “Excepting Liri” (or do I?)
Somehow the party composition didn’t occur to me until I read the part in the hover text about a four part harmony. The fighter recruited a cleric and a wizard, and if I’m right Crunch (with her implied criminal background) could be the rogue. By this model I’m guessing Sage would count as something between the team pet and a sixth ranger since he doesn’t really do a lot.
Or I could just be getting loopy from the sleeping pill I took and am completely off target here. I guess I’ll just keep reading and find out.
Also, I’m loving Liri’s third eye sunglasses.
